1. How does our system work?
It is very simple. First you must register yourself as a customer. When you have completed your registration, you will receive a link and a password to gain access to your CUSTOMER ADMIN PAGE. On the CUSTOMER ADMIN PAGE you will see a "Request a track" button. After clicking the button, you must select a genre, key, semitones up or down, etc.
After you have completed all of the required fields, you will be able to attach the original track/s with your request. Upon finishing the "request a track" process, you will be redirected to Paypal to pay for your track/s.
In your CUSTOMER ADMIN PAGE, you will be able to check the status of your song. Upon receip of your payment, our studio will provide you with an approximate DATE for delivery.
When the track is complete, you will see in your CUSTOMER ADMIN PAGE the link to obtain your custom track/s. Upon receipt of your completed track, the link will disappear, but we will keep a history of your buyings. Regular customers are appreciated and will receieve special bonus rewards for their valued business.

2. How will my custom track be priced?
No hidden prices! All track prices are based on genres and song length.
Easy tracks, Starting at $70
Standar Tracks, Starting at $90

Score Recording: Aria recording for the lyric singer. Request quote by email.
We consider 1 track no longer than a 6 minute long file. Tracks exceeding 6 minutes will be considered as an additional track.

3. What song file format/s do you accept for the reference track I am required to provide?
We prefer mp3 format in most cases, however we will accept other formats if that is all you have. Regardless of the quality you provide, the backing track you will recieve from us will be awesome anyway. If you do not have a file of the original song, we can find it for you.
If we receive a request to create a track without an attached audio file, we will assume you need our help to locate one.
4. How long will my track/s take to create?
Upon receipt of your payment, our studio will provide you with an approximate DATE for delivery. You can also check the current production list to have an idea about the status of the production Check the list now.
If you have an urgent request for a song, please contact with our team before making your payment. Please be advised that your delivery date will be based according our current priorities and the complexity of the song/s you are requesting.
5. Can you tell me more about the song quality you will provide?
Our custom backing tracks are recorded in 4 professional recording studios.
We use real instruments and the best samples to create your backing track track. We provide backing tracks with and without backing vocals and we can remove any instrument if you need.
