How to make a Custom Backing Track

It is very simple. First you must Register yourself as a customer. When you have completed your registration, you will emailed with a link and a password to gain access to your CUSTOMER ADMIN PAGE.

Step 1. How Many songs do you want? First you must select the amount of custom backing tracks you would like to get , then press the submit button.

Step 2. Requesting a normal or an advanced purchase. If you want the backing track just the way the original song is it is very simple to proceed. Just Fill the form with the track Name and Artist, then select the difficulty (remember if you are not sure about this we will let you know, just select de minimum price). And then Press Ok. Please Note the with price is included the track with and without backing vocals if you need it. Don't forget to request it.

Also if you want you can select the Tone or semitones of the song with no extra cost. For example if you want the song being 1 semitone higher or lower than the original key you can easily let us know by clicking tone or semitone.

Advanced Purchase: This is for professionals, by clicking advanced purchase a window will deploy, there you will be able to select many things from versions of your backing tracks without instruments, without bass, guitars, drums, etc, adding a count (click) for gigging, etc. You can also pay for the exclusivity of your song for 1 year or 2 just in case you want your song only for you (We will take them out the lists). Look at the graphic examples.

Step 3. The Checkout is very simple. You will be able to see the details of any song by clicking details. You will see the total. And then press Go to Pay Pal. Yes you can pay your backing tracks using Pay pal, credit card, cheque and other payment methods. Please note (All the payments are upfront) Upon payment your tracks will be added to our production list, you will be able to follow the production and the status of your songs by login to our system.

Step 4. Order Status. Upon payment you must upload the original songs so we will be able to make your music! Please Click Upload your tracks!

Step 5. Uploading your original files. In order to make the songs you can upload your music archives in mp3, wma, mp4 format. Please checkout the example pictures.

Step 6. When you finish the uploading of your files you will see the IN PROCESS status. This means we have your songs and your songs will be added to our production list. Our team will contact you to let you know everything is perfect. Please remember we are making more than 1 song so please be patient, our music is ranked among the best and everybody deserve to get the same quality, we will spend the same time on every song for every customer. If you are super hurry and you can't wait and you want your song in less than a week please note there is an option in the advanced purchase that will allow you to pay an extra fee for this.

Step 7. Receiving your files. Ok!! At last!! When you files are ready to be delivered we will upload the backing tracks to the system and we will send you and email letting you know. You must login to your control panel to obtain your songs in Order status or Buyer history and click Download now! And download your songs to your PC. In those cases the customer selects CD or minidisc shipping the disc will be shipped immediately. And that's all. Enjoy your tracks. And remember by login to our system you can download 2 free backing tracks.
