1. Payments must be received before any orders will be dealt with. Please note that payment up front will be required for custom track without exception.

2. Pay pal Payment methods accepted

Our site requires you to register your name, shipping address, email address etc. before any orders can be placed.
Although telephone numbers are not compulsory they are always handy to have in the event of an email being typed incorrectly.
Your personal information shall be kept strictly private and confidential and will not be passed on to any other party.

3. Reselling terms: You can resell the customized tracks our company specially makes for you, But you can not sell to resellers for reselling. Please inform us any movement you think it could be non authorized.

4. Shipping metods: Online (Free) , CD, Minidisk. CD and minidik it could take more than 15 days to arrive.

5. Company refunds policy: If apply. Refunds and production stopping must be requested in the same purchasing day, after 1 day we do not refund productions you will need to wait for the order to be completed and delivered. The company do not offer refunds on exclusivity tracks or speeded up productions.

6. Delivery time: We handle a queue for songs are being produced. When a song is added to production it get a place in that queue we must respect. Please be patient for the delivery. If you are hurry there is a speed up fee which allows you to get the song in the week. Please login and check the production list. Any doubt please write to studio@mycustomtracks.com

7. Discounts: We offer 12% discount if you buy more than 3 backing tracks from scratch. But if you buy 2 and then you add a new one the discount will be only applied to the new one. ( Please note we will only apply the discount on orders no older than a week).
